Vio turns your phone line into a fully observable, automatable channel — an AI agent picks up (or dials out), qualifies and routes the caller, and logs every word. You get transcripts, recordings, analytics, and per-call cost in one dashboard.

What Vio does

Vio is an AI voice-agent platform. You create an agent — its persona, voice, and the things it should collect or do — then connect a phone number. From that point on the agent handles calls end to end:

  • Inbound — the agent answers, greets the caller, follows your instructions, and can transfer to a human, look things up, or book a follow-up.
  • Outbound — run a campaign from a contact list, or let the agent schedule its own callback. Vio dials, the agent talks, and the outcome lands in your call log.

Every call produces a transcript, an optional recording, an AI summary, the data the agent collected, and a sentiment / goal-met read — all searchable in the dashboard and pushable to your own systems by webhook.

How it works

  1. Create an agent from an industry template (or from scratch), then tune its voice, greeting, and system prompt.
  2. Connect a phone number — import a Twilio number or point your own carrier at Vio over a SIP trunk — and assign the agent.
  3. Go live. Inbound calls are answered immediately; outbound calls run from the dialer or from an agent-scheduled callback.
  4. Review & automate. Read call logs and analytics, and forward each finished call to your CRM or spreadsheet with a results webhook.

Privacy, in one line

Recordings and transcripts are treated as caller PII — stored privately and scoped to your workspace; they are never placed in a public bucket and never shared across tenants.
