Analytics
Analytics turns your call log into trends: how many calls you’re handling over time, and how they break down by outcome. The Overview dashboard adds headline numbers — today’s calls, average duration, total cost, and active agents — at a glance. For a single call’s detail, open it in Call logs.
The Analytics view
Analytics reads across all your calls and shows:
- Call volume over time — how many calls you handled, viewable hourly or weekly, so you can see peaks, quiet hours, and week-on-week trends.
- Outcome breakdown — the split across Successful, Missed, Failed, and Escalated, so you can tell at a glance whether calls are landing or leaking.
Use volume to plan capacity and staffing, and the outcome split to catch problems early — a rising Failed share often points at telephony, while rising Escalated may mean your agent needs a script or persona tweak.
The Overview dashboard
The Overview page surfaces headline cards for a quick daily read:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today’s total calls | How many calls your workspace handled today. |
| Average duration | The mean call length. |
| Total cost (₹) | Spend across your calls, in rupees. |
| Active agents | How many agents are currently live. |
Analytics is expanding during Beta. Vio is in Beta, and some analytics panels are still being wired up — expect new charts and finer breakdowns to appear over time. The Call logs always hold the complete per-call record in the meantime.

Frequently asked
Q. What’s the difference between Analytics and the Overview cards? Overview gives you at-a-glance headline numbers for today (calls, average duration, cost, active agents). Analytics goes deeper — call volume over time and the full outcome breakdown across your log.
Q. Can I see call volume by hour? Yes. The call-volume chart switches between hourly and weekly, so you can spot busy hours as well as longer-term trends.
Q. Some analytics panels look empty or unfinished — why? Vio is in Beta and analytics is still expanding; certain panels are being wired up. The Call logs always contain the complete per-call data if a chart isn’t live yet.
