A short tour of every page in the Vibot dashboard. Detailed per-page guides are coming — for now, this overview points you at what each page does and what plan unlocks it.
Overview
The landing page of the dashboard. Shows AI messages used vs. plan quota, WhatsApp connection status, quick action buttons, and analytics charts (message volume, message types, conversation stats, campaign funnel).
Chats
Two-panel inbox with a conversation list and full chronological thread. Inline media (images + documents). Take Over stops the AI; Hand to AI resumes it. Available to OWNER, SUPERVISOR, and AGENT roles.
Escalations · requires Lite
Conversations the AI escalated to a human (customer asked for a human, frustration across 3+ consecutive turns, guardrail triggered). Reply directly to the customer or hand back to the AI when resolved.
Agent Config · OWNER, SUPERVISOR
Persona name, system prompt, initial greeting, response language, guardrail rules, voice replies, Vibot AI badge toggle. See Getting Started → Configure the agent.
Knowledge Base · requires Lite
Upload PDFs, DOCX, TXT files or URLs the agent uses to answer customers. Document status: Processing (amber) → Ready (green) or Failed (red). Doc limits scale with plan — 1 / 5 / 25 / 100 across Lite / Basic / Pro / Growth.
Campaigns · requires Lite
Send WhatsApp template messages to multiple contacts. Three-step wizard (Template → Contacts → Review & Launch) with a preflight check that produces a traffic-light verdict before launch.
Contacts · requires Lite
Database of phone numbers, names, labels, and notes. Bulk import via CSV/XLSX with a preview. Inline edit. Opted-out contacts are greyed out and excluded from Marketing campaigns.
Templates · requires Lite
WhatsApp message templates must be approved by Meta (PENDING → APPROVED / REJECTED) before use in campaigns. Categories: Marketing, Utility, Authentication. Wallet rate depends on category.
Connect WhatsApp
Status badge (Connected / Pending Registration / Not Connected), connection details, and the Fix Registration flow for entering your two-step verification PIN.
Billing · OWNER only
Two tabs — Overview (wallet balance, transaction history, AI message progress bar) and Plans (monthly/annual toggle, plan cards, Razorpay subscription checkout).
Settings → Org · OWNER only
Edit organisation name; view plan, account status, and member-since date.
Settings → Members · OWNER only
Invite supervisors and agents. Seat limits scale with plan (Free / Lite = 1, Basic = 2, Pro = 3, Growth = 5, Enterprise = up to 10).
Vibot Assistant
The fullscreen version of the in-dashboard help widget. Useful for longer Q&A or generating system prompts. Available everywhere as a floating widget too.
