VibotSending campaignsOverview

Sending campaigns

This section covers everything from “I just connected a number — can I send to my 50,000 contacts?” (answer: no, here’s why) to “my campaign got cancelled by the safety check, how do I recover?” (answer: Resume Skipped with the Conservative drip).

Read these in order if you’re new. Skip to the one you need if you’ve been through this once already.

The four things that determine whether your campaign succeeds

  1. Your messaging-limit tier — how many unique recipients Meta lets you reach in any 24-hour window. Starts at 250, climbs to 1K / 10K / 100K / unlimited as you prove you’re a healthy sender. Full mechanics: Messaging tiers & limits.
  2. Your quality rating — Meta’s green/yellow/red signal based on user blocks and spam reports. RED + sustained = your tier drops. Recovery is slow (7-day rolling window). Full mechanics: Quality rating.
  3. How you ramp up a new number — a brand-new connected number that immediately sends 3,000 messages will get spam-flagged regardless of how clean the contacts are. The fix is to warm up gradually. Full mechanics: Warm up a new number.
  4. Your contact list quality — dead numbers, opted-out recipients, recipients globally blocked for marketing frequency. Vibot’s campaign preflight flags most of these for you automatically. Full mechanics: Send a campaign.

The honest summary for new senders

⚠️

Three rules every new sender needs to internalise:

  1. You cannot blast 3,000–4,000 messages on a brand-new number. Even if Vibot lets you click Launch and your wallet has the balance, Meta will silently pre-block 30–50% of them within the first hour. Your number’s quality rating will drop, your tier will reset its scaling timer, and recipients will see nothing.
  2. Your daily ceiling on day 1 is 250 unique recipients. That’s Meta’s TIER_250 default. You can send to the same 250 people multiple times (with templates outside the 24h window, they re-bill), but the unique-recipient count is the cap.
  3. Speed isn’t the gating factor — proof is. Meta upgrades you to 1,000/day after Business Verification AND a stretch of HIGH quality. They upgrade you to 10K after sustained HIGH quality at the 1K level. It’s a ladder, and trying to skip rungs gets you flagged.

What Vibot does to keep you safe

Vibot is not a “blast as fast as possible” tool. It’s specifically built to keep your number healthy and your tier climbing. Six safety layers run on every campaign:

LayerWhat it does
Preflight checkBefore launch — counts dead numbers, opt-outs, duplicates, dedupes, and length-overflow rows. Surfaces tier label. Reds = block; ambers = warn + checkbox; greens = ready.
First-send warningFirst campaign on a new number → modal recommends Conservative drip. First time using a specific template → same modal.
Send-rate capPer-tenant msgs/min ceiling. Settable by Virtuo admin during your first 30 days; can be made permanent on request.
Canary cohortFirst 10 recipients of every campaign are sent as a canary. 60 seconds later Vibot checks for spam-block errors (131049). If ≥5% of the cohort failed, the entire campaign auto-cancels.
15% per-batch hard haltInside a single 50-message batch, if 15%+ fail with spam-block codes, the worker halts the whole campaign.
Drip strategies (Resume Skipped)After a halt, recover the un-sent recipients with Conservative / Moderate paced sends instead of re-blasting.

You won’t notice most of this — it runs in the background and only surfaces if something is wrong.
