Create your account
- Go to vibot.virtuo.in.
- Click Sign up, then enter your name, email, and a password.
- Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox.
You land on the dashboard automatically. Your account starts on a Free plan — you can explore the dashboard and configure the agent before upgrading.
Onboarding wizard
A four-step wizard runs the first time you sign in:
- Phone — your WhatsApp number, in international format (e.g.
+91…). - WhatsApp OTP — a 6-digit code arrives on WhatsApp from the Virtuo platform account. The code expires in 5 minutes; if it doesn’t arrive within ~30 seconds, click Resend code.
- Organisation + Industry — your business name and an industry from the dropdown (Restaurant, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, Services, Other). “Other” reveals a free-text field.
- Marketing consent — opt-in for product updates from Virtuo (optional).
Click Finish to land on the dashboard.
The onboarding banner (“Verify your WhatsApp number”) goes away only after both the phone is verified and the profile is complete. If it’s still showing after step 4, refresh the page.
