Short recipes for common tasks. Per-task pages are coming — for now, the steps are summarized here.

Connect WhatsApp for the first time

  1. Go to Connect WhatsApp.
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp Business and complete the Meta popup.
  3. If status shows Pending Registration, click Fix Registration and enter your 6-digit two-step verification PIN (set in the WhatsApp Business app → Settings → Account → Two-step verification).

Set up the AI agent

  1. Go to Agent Config.
  2. Enter a Persona name (e.g. “Priya”). Click ✨ Generate with AI for a guided wizard.
  3. Choose Response language (Auto-detect recommended).
  4. Add Guardrail rules if needed.
  5. Click Save changes.

Upload a Knowledge Base document

  1. Go to Knowledge Base.
  2. Drag-and-drop a PDF / DOCX / TXT file, or click the URL tab and paste a webpage URL.
  3. Wait 30–120 seconds — status changes from Processing to Ready.

Create and launch a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns → New Campaign.
  2. Step 1: pick an APPROVED template.
  3. Step 2: choose CSV Upload or From Contact List; map template variables.
  4. Step 3: name the campaign, choose send time, click Launch to N contacts. The preflight check produces a traffic-light verdict — green = safe, amber = review warnings, red = fix blockers first.

Top up the wallet

  1. Billing → Overview tab.
  2. Add Credits → complete payment on Razorpay (card / UPI / net banking).
  3. Balance updates automatically after you return.

Invite a team member

  1. Settings → Members.
  2. Enter their email; choose SUPERVISOR or AGENT; Send Invite.
  3. They receive a link by email; appears as pending until accepted.

Recover from a cancelled campaign with Resume Skipped

When a campaign is CANCELLED (manually, by the canary safety check, or by the 15% per-batch hard halt), recipients that never received a message can be resumed via a paced drip send.

  1. Open the cancelled campaign’s detail page.
  2. In the Overview tab, click Resume Skipped (N recipients).
  3. Pick a preset:
    • Conservative — 5 → 10 → 25 → 50 per hour (recommended after a canary abort).
    • Moderate — 10 → 25 → 50 every 30 minutes.
  4. Click Start resume.

The Resume button is disabled with a tooltip if a cool-off window is active.

Allowlist a test phone

If your own internal phones keep showing as dead_number in preflight warnings:

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Find or import the contact.
  3. Edit Labels and add Test — capital T, case-sensitive.
  4. Save. The next preflight on a campaign targeting that contact skips the dead_number warning for that row.

Per-tenant only — does not affect other tenants.
