Overage — AI messages
Once you exceed your plan’s monthly AI-message quota, additional messages are billed per message and deducted from your wallet.

Outbound template messages (wallet rates)
Charges are deducted from your wallet only when a message reaches DELIVERED or READ status. SKIPPED and FAILED recipients are never charged.
