Meta Business Manager setup
Vibot is your dashboard for replying, escalating, and broadcasting. But every WhatsApp Business number is ultimately owned and governed by Meta — and several decisions that affect how fast you can send, how many recipients you can reach per day, and even whether your messages get delivered at all are made on business.facebook.com, not in Vibot.
This section is the missing manual for those parts. If you’ve connected your number and your campaigns are getting capped at 250 recipients per day, throttled, or rejected, the fix is almost always something on Meta’s side described in this section.
TL;DR for new customers. Right after you connect your WhatsApp number, your daily sending limit is 250 unique recipients per 24 hours. To raise that ceiling you must (1) complete Meta Business Verification on your Business Portfolio, and (2) sustain a HIGH quality rating on your number. Both happen on business.facebook.com, not in Vibot. Read on for the exact steps.
Where things live
Meta splits responsibility across three URLs. New customers commonly get them confused, so here’s the map:

You will need an admin account on all three to fully manage your sending. If your role on Meta is “Employee” or “Analyst”, ask the admin to upgrade you on the Business Portfolio first.
